Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, optional location and bio), content you create (jobs, messages, uploaded model files), and basic technical data needed to operate the service (e.g. session cookies, IP address for security and rate limiting).

2. How we use it

To provide the platform: authenticating you, showing and matching jobs, enabling messaging, sending transactional emails (verification, password resets), and protecting against abuse.

3. Sharing

Your display name, location, and the jobs/messages you participate in are visible to the relevant other party (e.g. the org and volunteer on a job). We don't sell your personal data. We use service providers (e.g. email delivery, hosting) only to run the service.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

You can edit your profile in Settings, request your data, and delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger zone). Deleting your account removes your personal data and the content you own.

6. Retention & security

We keep data for as long as your account is active. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
